Cable Viewing Is Younger Across All Dayparts

Not only are Cable viewers more upscale than Broadcasts', these viewers tend to skew younger, making them more desirable targets for advertisers. On a total day basis, Cable's median age is 41.7 - about six years younger than the seven Broadcast nets.

In fact, Cable households median age skews younger in all the dayparts, especially in Weekend Daytime and Access where there exists more than a 10 year spread.
